Certification Services
A company's quality assurance system can be defined as the organisational structure, responsibilities, procedures, processes and resources (both human and instrumental) used to achieve and maintain quality.
Inspections are carried out by specialised operators (Inspection Bodies) at the manufacturing site and on the market, through remarks and judgements based upon measurements, tests and verification methods.
More specifically, projects, products, services, processes or plants (including personnel, facilities and technologies) are examined in order to establish their compliance with specific provisions or, on the basis of a "professional judgement", their conformity to general requirements.
The accreditation of Inspection Bodies is issued in accordance with the EN 45004 standards.

Quality assurance certification is the process through which qualified, independent third bodies (Quality Assurance Certification Bodies) make sure and document that a company's quality assurance system complies with the provisions of the relevant standards :

• ISO 9001:2000
  Certification of quality management systems.

  Certification of environmental management systems.
  
• OHSAS 18001
  (Occupational health and safety management system) - represents a specification that involves a health and labour protection certification system.
  
• CE Marking
  The CE Marking is the manufacturer's declaration, showing compliance with all applicable directives.
  
• ISO/TS 16949:2002
  Quality of automotive production and service part suppliers.
